How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@everheal.co with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll provide you with the appropriate return address for our EU-based warehouse.
Return Conditions

You must request your return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition (used items may still be accepted if returned within the guarantee period).

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Returns must be sent to the address we provide via email after your request is approved.
